Fortuna Sittard are playing this weekend with Giro 555 on their shirts in their away match vs FC Emmen for everyone in Turkey, to help try raise more money for Turkey, to help rebuild the homes damaged, destroyed by this devastating earthquake

Fortuna whom got a turkish owner Isitan Gun, and several turkish players (Burak Yilmaz, 2nd highest goalscorer of turkish national team too, as well as Dogan Erdogan and Tunahan Tasci)

there were already many turkish flags in some of our cup matches this week over here

and so far Giro 555 has raised up to 9 million euro's already, i myself am planning on giving some too (i kinda have to, given i stan fortuna sittard, and i fully sympathize how some of our directors and players must be feeling right now for their loved ones over in Turkey)

In Japan buildings do not fall down in earthquakes as they are built to withstand. In Turkey they are made of Weetabix it seems..

when i lived in cyprus the house was built to withstand earthquakes, it's a standard law in most countries these days that are in danger of tremors, but Turkey and Syria aren't exactly forward thinking

The buildings would have been damaged enough during the 1st earthquake for the 2nd one to take them down.

NewsnightHD BBC2
was in Turkey
Millions no longer able to sleep in their homes
due to cracks,
so they are living in their cars.

Syria no News teams can get in there
as it is still a war zone.

Well Done
SkyNewsHD
got into Idlib, Syria.

Showing they are not getting any help.

[Syria's suffering is a unique desolation
and inside Idlib we've seen the
face of utter desperation.
Here, they thought their plight couldn't
get any worse than running from shelling
and cowering from regime bombs,
but what was already an horrendously
wretched life for millions,
has become a whole lot more
tragic since the earthquake.

People fear the cold and hunger will kill them now.]

Aw thats lovely,so many animals will be displaced now or dead, you just cannot comprehend the death toll there and probably rising, such a tragerdy but lovely that hope comes out of it now and again, the baby was a miracle too.
