All other UK Zones it is Free.
Many People are not collecting their Pills as the lack the money They then get ill and admitted to a hospital. End result, it costs England more. Your GP has issued you Blood pressure tablets, for example you need to take them daily. No argument from me.
I wonder if Scotland would still be able to afford the free prescriptions (and free university!) if they weren't still in the UK... |
