its strictly defined by the number of generations away the offspring are from the reigning monarch. When the queen died, everything moved down a level and made them eligible

I dont care what they are called, its funny though because Harry and Megs wanted normality for their kids at least that is the impression I was under, they didnt want a great bit spotlight on their heads

it also highlights the lie they told Ophrah that Archie would...never be Prince...sob ....sob ....becaues of yikes...his skin colour
