It is time to let the competition begin again! I, with Shaun's knowledge AND Riley's (Wizard) lovely ideas, decided to create a spiritual successor to TiBB Eurovision.

Back to basics everybody! What songs will be heard? Where are the constant translations into French? When will the madness end? No idea.

FORMAT

The format of the TiBB Music Festival will remain similar to TiBB Eurovision, however, there are some changes. I will have a Spotify playlist of all of the songs for you to listen to the songs during the voting period.

VOTING SYSTEM

The voting system from the first few editions returns. Every country will each give out two sets of 12, 10, and 8-1 points; one for the jury voting, and the other for the televoting.

RULES

- If you want to take part, reply to this thread with the countries you want! But please, if you do reserve a country, I expect an entry.
--From this edition onwards, everyone can choose 1 to 5 countries to participate as.
- In a change from TiBB Eurovision, participants can now choose a song that is already in the public database (look on Spotify or YouTube, there are plenty of songs on either one).
- Lyrics, an artist name, song title AND music video are all that's required.
- Entries must be submitted to me as soon as possible. The voting portion of the contest will take place over the course of a 1 week period.
- And for the first time since Globalvision, countries that are not in Europe or Australia will be able to participate.

You have as much time as you need to find your entries. Please find songs that we all may enjoy, and please don't feel afraid to take part The more entries, the more fun it is to run. Songs can be about anything you like, and whilst we are fairly liberal with what is deemed "in good taste" obviously a song containing 30 different death threats may well find itself lost in my inbox and doomed never to enter.

The winner of this glorious festivity shall also receive a supply of Anastasia Beverly Hills cosmetics a spot in the TiBB Music Festival Hall of Fame! - so if that isn't motivation to bring your A-game, I don't know what is.

Like last edition, the Big 6 (the top 6 of the previous edition) will all qualify for the final. All of the countries mentioned below will be free game. From now on, the UK will be split into the 4 nations of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. Because of the war in Ukraine, Belarus and Russia will not be selectable until further notice.

Rosa Linn: achieved global fame post-eurovision with her entry Snap in the american billboard charts as well as a huge tiktok hit

Fatih Bulut: one of his earliest songs of his career was watched well over 288 million times on youtube, his genre is pop, folk-rock, he got media attention by someone suing him for stealing one of his songs, however that case was later withdrawn

SERA: one of our newest dutch singer-songwriters, whom first achieved international fame especially in the US and also Australia before becoming more known in the own domestic charts

Lillasyster: a swedish punk-rock band who has taken part in Melodifestivalen twice now

Nino de Angelo & Sotiria: Nino, you might recognize from eurovision with the entry ''Flieger'' but recently he went more anthemic schlager rock, having gotten a deeper vocal too more thanks to his COPD medical condition, there were rumours he was gonna retire but he adapted his music to his current vocal sound and he continues to be very successful, and Sotiria is half greek, half german, and a rising star in the german music scene, she ''represented'' greece in Stefan Raab's free eurovision song contest a contest organized when ESC was cancelled in 2020 due to the pandemic

Everybody, behold... The slogan/logo of the 11th edition:



The slogan is the title of Lenny's hit song "Hell.o". The design of the logo is an elegant sans-serif typeface set in a simple gradient, which can change colour in the graphics.
