Apparently there will only be one break around Christmas and the series will finish around March 21st.

Yeah, I read that yesterday. I don't think it's true personally - I don't think anyone will ever be ahead of the US - but I could be wrong

And Cathal, I'm just glad it starts on Friday, instead of in January as I previously expected...

Maybe you're right and the wikipedia article does seem to be a load of possibilities and maybes. But I hope it finishes later on than March.

But I would rather it started in January and finished in June personally, more like last year.

January the 4th is a friday and i suspect that BBX will launch that night too!didnt ugly betty start on C4 the first friday of January????(the day Jade enterd CBB and Davina dressed up as Betty)

KK thanks. I remember something now you mention it.

I think Channel 4 definitely wanted Ugly Betty Season 1 to be a hit in UK with all the advertising Davina did on the CBB live shows because I remember her saying about it a few times.
