I mean what expansion pack (eg. open for business, nightlife etc.) is needed to install the sims2pack file? I downloaded the one from the freewebs site that was posted on page 2, when trying to install it it said this needs expansion pack data that is not currently installed. I only currently have h&m and Ikea stuff packs.

It's not available for download, but I used Open For Business, Nightlife, University, Festive stuff and Glamour life to make it.

BEcause people downloaded my BB8 House and stole my Custom Content claiming that they made it so I'm definetley not putting this up.
