WRONG! Kat was upset because of the fact that Rachel had voted for REX - KAt's friend. And how is Kat supposed to instruct people to nominate Lisa/Sara? They weren't even allowed to discuss noms remember.

here's how

Kat - "ohh Rachel .. today I am very disappointing in him/her .. he/she is a very negative person... boo hoo an I no know why ...blah blah .."
they all know who their friends will vote for... even if they don't come straight out and say it.
