Default swollen arm.

Today i have been painting and sanding my sisters room because i thought it would be fun. when i was sanding i used a machine and i had to press hard against the was or it would like fly away and kill someone. And then i was just like painting with a roller and a paintbrush. ANYWAY, I kinda thought i would get a sore back/arms but this is SO sore. Its not even my arm really its just below my hand! Its gone all swollen and if i touch it I want to scream lol.

How the hell can i get rid of it? Its so sore!! I took pain killers like 30 mins ago and nothing has happened. Does anyone know what its actually called apart from sore armness?!??

thanks x

Ice should make it feel a lil better. If you get loads in a teatowel and put it on it,it should help a little. Oh and painkillers can take up to 30 minutes to take effect, which did you take?
