Default G-20 Summit London Riot and police kill a 47 year old

This was featured on ITV London News and
BBC London News.
What is wrong here is this could have been held on Scotland
or Ireland.

London Tax Payers are having to pay for this 20million pounds
in Many Police Forces.

Not only does most of Europe not agree with Brown
they will have to sit through him groaning away.

One College Prof. was suspended today
as he joked about hanging bankers from lamp posts.

Many Protests will start days before that summit,
London Workers in the city could be in for a Rough week.
The Summit is on Thursday.

Fears police tactics at G20 protests will lead to violence
David Howarth, a Liberal Democrat MP who is leading a parliamentary group of observers at the protests next week, said: "I am increasingly worried that what the police are saying about the protests will end up in a self-fulfilling prophecy. By talking up the prospect of violence they will put off peaceful demonstrators and start to attract other sorts."

Many Protesters from Europe are here
for this Summit.

Brown has made a Big Error,
here.

Workmen board up The Ritz hotel in London
ahead of a week of protests

"As many as 10,000 protesters
are gathering in London for the first
in a series of demonstrations ahead
of Thursday's G20 summit in the capital."

Central London now has groups
getting ready to march from mid day.

anthropologist Chris Knight said: "The message to police is 'if you press your nuclear button, I'll press mine'. It sounds like a threat? Well, yeah - don't do it. If you want violence, you'll get it."

He is the Prof,
that was suspended.

why should it be held in scotland or ireland? of course its gonna cost money to police something like this there is gonna be some of the worlds most influencial people all in one place so even without protests (which you get over anything like this) there would be a huge police effort anyway

It's the same people that disagree and whine about new labour that are the one's out in the street protesting about the G20.

If they're looking to point fingers at this Ł20m bill, they should start by looking in the mirror at what they are doing

Yes its a Mixed bunch
so many groups
they do not merge so well , though.

Live On SkyNews
one woman ranting away has a megaphone.

Now we can see the Faced Covered Gang
of Anti Capatilists
the Police tried to remove their scarves - but gave
up as there was to many them,
and Russell Brand is now on TV.
He has two minders with him.

Sky News Reporter kept asking Brand why he was here,
Russell was not helping saying 'I Live Here'
and 'Ask someone else'
He would not say the reason he was there.

The Bloated BBC News team moved well away from Russell
unlike SkyNews they can not film as much in the crowd.

I hope Ch4News team get to Russell
he may talk with them
as he works for Ch4 Entertainment

Makes me ashamed to be British witnessing this. I'd bet half the people 'protesting' don't even know what they are actually protesting against, and are just along for the ride.

A police officer outside the Bank of England
covered in red paint sprayed by a demonstrator

Had to do this big as it is a Good Photo as a point on Impact
with many more Photographers from other papers
making sure they get this shot.

One Mature Women
in that Protest just spoke on Radio 5 Live,
she was trapped in one area and could not go to the toilet for 6 hours or so.
She had a valid reason of being there, though,
as she lost her job and home.
She was a Council Worker , before.

New Labour.
Some are there as they have No Job , no future.
Some are Eco Protesters.

On the News today some students will leave
College and go straight on the Dole,
that is not good.

The Bad bunch come under the Anti-Capatilists

Even a Office Worker makes his point
about 12 years of the FSA under Brown.

I think they're pathetic, half of them are probably bandwagon jumpers and I bet some don't realise the economy is a global problem, its not just a UK thing and given the size of the UK to the other countries what ever we do won't really have an effects. Drop in the ocean.

People smashing things is just shooting themselves in the foot- where is the money coming from to replace it?

Sure
many confirmed they had no job
and wanted to go to this demo.
Some had Flowers and were their on a Eco Demo.
It was known to the Police that a few Gangs
were going to get angry
and many were pushed into a small area.

23 arrested

^ Then why don't they just go out and get another job?

There are an estimated half a million full time permanent vacancies in the UK, thats before we even start to look at temporary full time vacancies and both permanent and temporary part time jobs.

People can't use the excuse of the recession for not getting a job imo.

Tom
in some areas
100 people go for 1 job.

The Problem is much of this happens in one go
like House gone
future changed.

The Mature Lady who spoke
on Radio 5 has been trying to get work
but she may be of a age they do not want now.

Everything has changed for many honest people.
