Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty could become a familiar face on British television screens, it has emerged.

The Indian actress, 33, who was in Celeb Big Brother, plans to spend more time here after buying a Surrey home and is in talks about future roles.

Her agent Max Clifford said: "I am talking to several TV people about potential work for Shilpa Shetty. There is a lot of interest in her."

Lol I could imagine her appearing in The Bill or something. I don't get why you'd want UK television deals if you're the 'Angelina Jolie' of Bollywood though, surely it's a more lucrative business?

I have watched her two or three Bollywood Movies. She is a good actress. It would be great if she will work in British TV. She is brilliant dancer also. How will if she work in any dancing show?
