Good work Glenn, though they'd be very annoying on TV I imagine. You'd notice them for sure!

WOW! :O these are so good Only thing is I wouldn't go so heavy on the effects. What prog did you use to make them? Is it a movie maker plugin? After effects?

LOL - even your avatar now has BB Aus links!

Going back to your 2 House Ads - not so sure it's an idea to give away the secrets in the promos. You've got to get them to tune in to find out the secrets.

One idea would be perhaps to involve Davina and mix her in with the graphics - and then just as Davina is about to reveal a secret, either the screen goes all static and she's cut off - or you go the comedy route and have things interupt her like 10 tonnes weights falling on her or bulldozers preventing us from hearing etc.

Cheers guys.
I wanted to add the fact that there were two houses, to draw the viewers in. To tease the viewers. Of course they know there is two houses but why are there two houses
I will explain my plans in detail at a later date, right now, I'm working on the house.

Ok so I started work on the house earlier on tonight, and it became apparent I was going to have problems with it, especially as I have devised a twist that will involve both houses at one stage
It left me with no alternative than to ditch the current houseplans and start again.
Also some work had to be done with the new compound, as it was much too big. That problem has been resolved to, so I now have a workable compound, and houses. I will start building the houses tomorrow if I have time. Though both will be completed by 22nd May 2009, as that is the Launch Night!
All will be revealed in due course!

Two houses are always easier said than done, especially as for most ideas you have to be able to link them in some way, yet keep them relatively separate too.

Look into hoe BBAU did it a few years back. They pulled it of pretty cleverly, then again BB designs has practically been "The BBAU Restoration project" lately lol

Ok so here it is.
BB10's official houseplans. Work has begun on the houses. Although I'm not revealing the House Pics til the middle of May

Well scratch that, I may tease you

But anyways.
Houseplan(s)

I tried many ways of joining the house, and the only way that worked was by joing the gardens. That join will be removed later on in the series

I like it, but I'm worried this project might be on the verge of a complete BBAU clone. The house plan has quite a BBAU look about it. One other thing. Keep it to one entrance and one diary room shared by both houses. The layout should flow much better and it will make it easier to work with the house on a whole.

Ok. I have once again changed the template, as what you said made sense, and now I'm finding it easier to work with it.
There is now only one entrance, and a pretty big hint that there will be two house's, which is fine with my ideas, now that I have incorporated it,(it actually works better now) And has opened many doors to what else I can now do.

Im not posting the houseplan now, but I will be posting pictues of the house in due course.
Thanks Conor

OK first pics!!

Entrance Hall

House One Entrance

House Two Entrance

The housemates will enter the Task Room door where they will sit and wait til all 26 housemates have arrived (13 housemates in each house)
The public will then choose who lives where, and the housemates will move into their allotted house 24hrs later.
The task room will have 13 double beds for the housemates to sleep in, and one toilet.

It all needs to be fine tuned but that's the basic idea.
More to come!

I really like the entrance hall Glenn.
Just can't help but think 26 housemates are a bit too many.

Great work though! Can't wait to see more.

There will be a 'double eviction' every week so to speak. But I will go into detail at a later date.

COuld there not be 10 in each house? That sounds like a slightly more sensible figure...I'm not sure if the public would eb able to engage with 26 people, it seems too many.

But I love the designs and everything. great work
