Default Ok Im a bit confused! and Weight help for my sister

Well i weighed myself 3 days ago and i was 50kg. And I just weighed myself now and im 53kg! How did that happen?? lol.

Im happy and everything that ive put weight on (when ive been trying to) but have no idea where the 3kg came from!!! Apparently the weight internet thing says im bang in the middle for normal weight for 16 year olds so im happy!!

And also on a more serious note, im really concerned for my sister. She normally was around 47-49kg and earlier she weighed herself and was 43kg and she's 19!! Im really worried for her, I checked her BMI and it says underweight, no idea where the weight has gone, one reason was maybe because she had glandular fever for the last 2 weeks and she had a loss of appetite, but she's better now.
Should i tell her to go to the doctors?

Hmm, I wouldn't worry about your sister. If she is ill that should explain it.

Lol Nice job mate, no idea though ive once put on like 1kg in 3 days but never 3kg.

As for your sister.

My cousin who is 20 in a couple of months is about 43 -45 kg shes slim and underweight shes trying to put a bit one, but shes in no way unhealthy.

She also had glandular fever about a month ago, which is a funny coincedence.

She will be fine. If she loses more then maybe talk to her about it, if she stays at 43 moves up to 45 - 46 i dont think there was anything to worry about.

Edit my cousins about 46 - 48 usually.
She went down tho when she had glandular fever...
She was fine nothing unhealthy shes back up to about 47-48 now she said.

cheers, dont know why either lol
and yeahh i get what you mean, with my sister you really cant tell that she''s the weight she in, she looks average, maybe because she's about 5'2 so she's kind of short. And she's been eating normally.
ha it is a thing thats going round, my aunty had glandular fever as well about a month ago.... im just keeping away because its really contagious.

and cheers Magic and Annie, hopefully it was just her being ill and she will be better and put more weight on.

Yeh it does seem like your family is naturally slim anyway, just ask her because yes if she loses to much more she will need to do somthing but i think she will be fine.

yeah my Mum was 46kg at 20 when she got married, she's now 65kg. My dad however is 95kg right now and he's going mental over it, I called him a fatty haha, he was 70kg at my age because he was really muscley so he was really big for an average for 16 year old, but the rest of my family are slim.

I dont really understand kgs. Is that small?

I know a bit about weight problems. I had some last year. I went up to 11 stone which is the biggest ive ever been so went on a healthy diet and exercise and it turned out of control and I went down to under 8 stone and was living on 3 crackers a day. I havnt been on TiBB for a while but it looks like youve been trying to gain some weight, so maybe if you have any troubles you could message me, I might be able to help. Im currently 9 stone and trying to tone up but I get compliments all the time about how much better I look than under 8. I dont know your situation exactly but im here to help

Ugh i so know i about weight problems.

I was obese at 14 years old, weighing a top weight of 17stone8. I wasnt really happy, so i dieted healthily untill i got down to 15stone. I lost 2 stone 8 pounds then. Then i stopped eating completly and lived on an apple day and got down to 13stone, then i gradually starting eating again because i kne what i was doing was really unhealthy, and now i weigh 12stone10 and im 6foot. I lost 10 waist sizes an yeh.

Its funny though because when i was 13stone i looked anorexic, and now i weigh less but do eat i look fine.

xx
