Default Desperate Houswives - My Sims 2 Designs - Katherine and Mike\'s Home is now up and some unfinished houses!

Hey, i've been busy for the past month lol, i've been making the entire street of Wisteria Lane on the Sims 2. I've tried to get the houses as acurate as possible. Can i say that none of them are downloaded from websites (apart from the sims themselves). I made these houses from scratch, and it wasn't easy. Anyway, here they are; Enjoy!

Wisteria Lane:

This is from the Cul-De-Sac facing towards Wisteria Lane.

To the left is Mike Delfino's home (Or Katherine's now lol) To the right is Susan Mayer's. Next to Susan is the home that Betty Applewhite lived in.

This is from the other end of the neighbourhood. From Gabrielle's looking down the street to Edie's at the very end.

Gabrielle's home!

The front of the house.

Gabrielle and Carlos Solis (before Season 5)

The entrance to their home.

The entrance hall.

The table in front of the large windows (basically so Gabrielle can spy on the rest of the street lol)

The chairs at the other end of the living room.

The Kitchen...

The chairs where the girls sit for a chat lol.

Gabrielle and Carlos' bed.

Gabby's wardrobe leading into the bathroom...

The bath...

Susan's Home:

The front of the house.

Susan and Julie.

The entrance to the home.

Susan's Kitchen.

Susan's table and chairs and her back door.

The living room at the back of the house.

Susan's bedroom.

Bree's Home:

The front of the house.

Mrs. Van De Kamp-Hodge herself.

Bree's door :P

The living room.

The dinning room; Andrew to the left, some blonde girl in the middle and Danielle to the right.

Bree's well used kitchen.

The stairs (I know i did these wrong )

Bree's un-made bed

Lynette's Home:

The front of the house.

The Scavo's.

The door to Lynette's hell....

As you walk in the door; the stairs...

The living room. (Oh, and the black balloons are because they had Mary-Alice's wake at Lynette's )

The Kitchen.

Lynette's bed.

Edie's Home:

The front of Edie's Home.

Edie Britt...

Entering Edie's...

Edie's living room.

The view outside Edie's home.

The bar...

The stairs...

That's it for now

Please be nice because these took ages to make and they weren't easy. I'll have pics of the other residents and their homes in the week

Thank you so much and yeah, it took me a whole month lol.

To place furniture diagonal:

you need to have University before you can do it.

-Open the cheat box and type "boolprop allow45degreeangleofrotation true"

-Use the "," and "." (comma and period) keys on your keyboard to rotate the objects. So, it's like how far you want to rotate the object.

Does that make sense?

When you download them, the furniture which is diagonal will stay that way

Thanks for the comments . Yeah he did, but i didn't make Katherine until like...last week. I made Mike ages ago and just moved him in. So in the game, it's the other way round looool.

The house is built like Katherine's is though (inside, because it changed when she moved in).

Okay, i've done Katherine's house now. I've also taken some pictures of the other houses which i intend to complete this week.

Katherine's Home:

The House on the outside.

Mike and Katherine. I know they're not spitting images, but i wanted at least one of the main female's to be without custom content lol.

As you walk into the house...

The fireplace and the table and chairs which are right in front of the window.

The stairs and the living room at the back.

The Living room.

The kitchen.

The door from the kitchen leading back into the front room.

The stairs...

The landing...

Mike and Katherine's Bed.

Because the ginger on the Sims 2 is really red lol. And Katherine is more of a brown with a hint of ginger. I couldn't find that kind of hairstyle anywhere, out of the two, that brown hair looked a little more like her than the bright orange one lol.
