I like some of his stuff. He has collaborated a lot also with different artists such as Lydia Lunch and Jim Thirlwell (AKA Foetus etc) but I don't think you would like the latter 2.

my fav is "the Mercy Seat". I'm not a fan of his ballads/love songs but I liked the sound track to that Jesse James/Brad pitt movie that Cave worked on with the dirty three.
