Paris Hilton in House of Wax, mainly because it was Paris Hilton. There were cheers in the theater I saw it in when that happened.

most horrific way to die - leg chopped off, put on a hook through his backside left for like most of the film!

scariest film because its things like this that could actually happen, like somone could just be that phyco to do this

All Deaths in the Final Destination movies
The Dead Zone" (1983)
The gruesome suicide scene which the Deputy Sheriff killed himself by falling on an open pair of scissors mouth first

Ichi the Killer
chi murders a pimp by slicing him right down the middle with the intention of saving the prostitute he befriended the night before. When the prostitute looks to Ichi, he says "It's alright, I'll beat you up from now on". Prostitute has a meltdown and tries to beat Ichi with a baseball bat, but Ichi slashes her throat and she proceeds to stumble around the room spraying blood absolutely EVERYWHERE

It was a movie but TV show 'dead like me', the water delivery guy! He slips, one of those giant water bottles flys up in the air, lands in his open mouth and he drowns! Excellent! Also in the same show, the pizza boy and the banls revolving door!

I loved that show, why did they cancel it!

The Omen (original) - When the cross falls off the church roof and through the priest.

Cannibal Ferox - Possibly every death in the film but the one where this guy is under a table with only his scalp showing. The cannibal then decides to slice his scalp off and eat his brains while the guy is still alive. Just complete sick but it's a woahhh! moment.

Zombie Flesh Eaters - A woman gets a splinter off the door pushed into her eye. The zombie pulls her head towards it and then you see it going straight through.

Also love the original SFX work on the original Day of the Dead when the bad army captain get's ripped in two.
