Just saw this on another forum im on lol..
Andy Murray has undergone a remarkable transformation from spotty, stroppy teenager to toned, musclebound athlete. On Tuesday he showed how incredibly fit he is by doing push-ups with his arms alone. So what is behind his new physique? Here, Claudia Connell takes you through Andy's diet and training regime. So what is the secret of Muscles Murray? THE BODY HEIGHT: 6ft 3in WEIGHT: Start of season 13st 7lb but often drops to 12 st 9lb by end of season BICEP MEASUREMENT: 20in BMI: 23.4 BODY FAT: Just 6.5 per cent - to put that into perspective the average male has a body fat percentage of 16 per cent Okay so focus on the Bicep Measurement. 20 inches lol, now thats more than an inch on my brother. This guys 6 foot 3. and under 13.7 at his max. My brothers 5 foot 11. and 14.7 Yet his are just below 19inch. On this other forum, everyone thinks 14 inch maybe 15... and it is fairly obvious the daily mail have lied. Daily Mail, so reliable. Rest to the article is in the link.. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/ar...es-Murray.html |

THE DIET
When he is training and playing in tournaments, Murray aims to eat 6,000 calories a day - almost three times the Government recommended levels. Ahaa yeah right. Cutting out all sugar and fast food things, and they think he can consume 6,000 calories... this is a joke. |

And no 20 inch far from it. Max 15 imo. If my brother has been weightlifting for 5 years, if 4 inches shorter yet weights over a stone more and his biceps fall just short of 19, it is fairly obvious they ent 20 lol. |

lol wow.
Womens are where you cross your legs at the end, so that you are doing press ups on your hands and knees or one knee, instead of hands and toes. Women have heavier hips than men and usually have less muscle mass so its an easier way for you to do it. |

Lol, yes i still wouldnt do them in a public gym though.
You should just try some weight machines after you have done your cardio at the gym, get used to it for when you want to tone up |

Lauren you should buy some push up bars, just start with 2 sets doing 10 reps, then slowly do more when they become easy..
Then buy a pull up bar, all fit in the door way and are a great upper body workout.. Great for building strength. |
