i taught she was a great chance of winning this year and was shocked she left

could anyone explain why she went over the Twins and what did she lack?

She was probably the dullest finalist this year, maybe second after Rikki. That didn't help.

She was, I agree. but if we were judging just by singing we would still have Lucie, Rachel and probably Miss Frank. X Factor isn't just a singing contest though

True but it never was really was it

a good sob story, good lucks and a half decent voice and a good P.R person is all you need

Well the first two series had a very nice lack of sob stories and was just really about the singing, but that changed as soon as we had the wheel chair woman and nikita in series three.

Leon won series four, and I didn't think Shayne had a sob story?

His looks obviously helped, but he did have quite a good voice.

Leona Lewis was accused of being dull. That's the same Leona who blew everything else off stage on Sunday, including previous guest mime acts.
I'm not saying Lucie was in that class, but she was good enough to beat most of the karaoke acts left in this year.
Perhaps she should have worn a clown's outfit and tried a few handstands, or said she had a sore throat one week. That would have kept her in a bit longer.

She was quite boring,and an average singer,I guess she was pretty and young and that is the reason most people liked her.
