I made this thread before the live shows but I cannot believe that Stacey is still in, let alone one of the favourites to win. She's been so inconsistant it's unbelievable! She's had (IMO) two decent performances, being her last two, but her Son of a Preacher Man was one of the worst performances EVER on the show. She's a total one trick pony, not done ANY uptempos (SOAPM isn't even an uptempo number and she murdered it), and I can't believe Lloyd gets the slating that he does when Stacey is still in the show.

And don't get me started on Danyl ...

I like Stacey but its showing how weak this series is. Noone is a decent act this year, not one is marketable and not one will be successful in the music industry.

Before the live shows I thought Cheryl put the wrong three through, now I'm starting to think they put the entire wrong 12 through.

She is liked by the public and can sing well. She's never been in the bottom 2 so it shows how much she is loved.

Simon definitely did too. Louis' decisions are always jokes. I think Dannii's decisions weren't bad - Lucie and Rachel should have gone through, but not Stacey.

I think Despina was miles better than Lucie

Lucie was too polished and when she sang there was nothing there

Stacey has picked her game up in the last two weeks. She was the best by a mile two weeks ago and closely behind Joe this week. The others havent come close to those two

All the judges made rubbish choices IMO except Louis haha. He picked two good groups but ****ed them up royally.

Yeah he has, what's your point exactly? It doesn't make Stacey any better. They both probably shouldn't be there.

Lloyd isn't even my fave, I do like him though, but I don't think it weakens my original point any less. Lloyd has a really good personality which makes me like him (in a year which you said yourself, isn't very good), but I know that based on singing etc he isn't the best, and shouldn't be there.

Lloyd is the worst one, Lloyd should have never been chosen! He has been consistently bad

I do agree however without Stacey's personality she would not have got this far. However her best performance was in Queen Week.

No, I just like to randomly start discussions I have no clue on. Has she really? Except from her last two performances, the rest of them have been just as bad as Lloyd. The Scientist and Son of a Preacher Man were two of the worst performances in XF history IMO.
