The Irish brothers, who are rumoured to have landed a record contract and ITV2 documentary deal, promised fans that they will have longevity in the industry. John told the Daily Star: "We are going to surprise people in 2010 and we aren't going to disappear anywhere. We are not going to be a flash-in-the-pan act. Top of the pops, that's where we'd like to be." On their current projects, which reportedly include £40,000 gigs, he added: "It has been constant work, work, work. We're so lucky to have it at the moment." The boys' manager Louis Walsh recently announced that he is making plans for "Jedward mania". |

John & Edward are great, talented guys and I for one will support them. Just because you don't like them, doesn't mean they won't go far.

Very few none winners have made a good career for themselves what makes Jedward better then them? They were always a few places from being in the bottom 2 in th XF so they aren't as popular as you like to think. They'll bomb and then we'll see them on some digital reality TV show that gets watched by a few hundred people
