I absolutely loved it, to my suprise! I heard such bad things about it and expected it to suck but decided to watch anyway just for Charley, but to my suprise it was actually very enjoyable and totally underrated. No way is it '****' by any means.

Yes it had its dull moments near the end, but as a whole it was a great series with many great housemates. Everybody was quite memorable and it was a generally a very fun series with great memories. I don't understand all the hate for it at all, but I guess it's the fact that it came after BB5, BB6, and BB7 (3 OMGAMAZING seires) so it didn't look as good in comparison. But it was definitely better than BB11 and I know people disagree with me but I may have slightly enjoyed it more than BB9 even.

If I were you, and you haven't seen BB8 since it first aired, I would give it a rewatch. At least up until Charley and Chanelle leaves. It will be worth it, it's HIGHLY entertaining.

I couldn't stand Ziggy while Chanelle was there but after she left I actually began to kind of like him. People like TRACEY I couldn't stand, especially seeing her get cheered made my blood boil I wanted to see her boo'd so badly.

Tracey, Laura, and Carole are the only ones that really got on my nerves but sometimes I did like Carole when she was having fun.

BB8 was amazing. The first month is my absolute favorite chunk of Big Brother. It did progressively go downhill after that though and the last few weeks are the worst weeks of BB. I have no idea why people refuse to accept that Charley, Shabnam, Emily, Nicky, Billi, Seany, Leslie, Chanelle, Jonathan, Shanessa, Gerry, etc. were such amazing housemates.

The first week of BB8 was the best ever first week of BB IMO. There was constant, non-stop drama which I loved.

I still think it's amazing how long Charley lasted and how she was able to avoid being nominated 6 times.

Yes, it's because it ended 'The Golden Years' - I mean you had BB5, BB6, BB7 and then BB8 kinda popped up all camp - and then BB9 came along and was amazing so I guess that's why BB8 is still looked down upon.
