i thought england was above america when it comes to copying tv shows. ill still watch though. wont be the same as jersey shore because jersey shore people didnt know they were going to be famous these people want it more than a bb contestant.

I'd hardly call the Jersey Shore cast 'famous'.

Jersey Shore isn't even original, it's a complete rip of from The Real World; but everyone dismisses that.

Just watched the trailer for this, I'd have to agree with what Shaun just said.
They can all go drown themselves.

no not famous per-say but when they auditioned they didnt know they would make over $300,000 an episode they saw it as a fun summer/quick appearance on tv. these people will be even more wannabes and probably have only done it to get paid and be seen on tv.

They really are famous here actually. It's mainly Snooki, Pauly D, and The Situation who get the most press though. Snooki being #1, obviously. She's always on magazines and tv and at A-List Award Shows. And Pauly D shares the same manager as Britney Spears.

This looks terrible. It's an exact, literal copy. Even the graphics are exactly the same.

I agree that the thing that made the Jersey Shore cast special was no one knew they would become famous. When it first came on everyone thought it was just another dumb reality show and the cast weren't even expecting or thinking they would get fame from it. Especially since it got turned down by like 8 channels before MTV finally picked it up. But it just blew up and became insanely popular out of no where.

Ill watch the first episode, but the whole jersey concept is nothing if they are not fighting, as seasons 2 and 3 have shown.
