Amanda Holden has reportedly accused Britain's Got Talent bosses of ignoring her in favour of Alesha Dixon.

The actress, who has been on the judging panel since the first series, feels she has been frozen out of the ITV1 show as the former Strictly Come Dancing judge has featured more prominently in recent episodes.

Bosses are said to have re-edited tonight's show to include more footage of Holden following fears she could quit altogether.

"Week after week she has had hardly any screen time while the cameras gaze longingly at Alesha. Amanda isn't usually one to make a fuss but she's been really upset about it," a source told The Sun.

"She had to miss some auditions as she was having her baby so she didn't expect to be in every scene. But even when she's on the panel she's hardly got a look-in. She's made it known that it's not on."

Another source insisted that Britain's Got Talent has "no agenda" and claimed it's just the way the show has worked out.

Holden was apparently worried that Dixon didn't like her after the singer snubbed an invitation to her birthday.

It's true though.. I completely forgot her existence on last week's episode.

They both seem to get on well judging by Twitter and in public etc, there may be some truth in it on Amanda's part but my gut feeling is that this story is not true...

To be fair, Alesha has stolen her thunder.

Amanda is just there now, she adds no purpose to the show, although she never has, talentless, vile slut.

. Her fun personality is more suited to this than SCD, not afraid to voice her opinion and does not bow to pressure from the audience to put certain acts through if she thinks they are not good enough!

Les Dennis was at the pinnacle of his career at the time....she was just starting out..... I think what he saw as 'love', she saw as a golden opportunity to raise her own profile.

They are incredibly funny : the way the bounce off each other. David gets away with absolute murder - it's enjoyable to watch!

I agree,the banter between them is really good and very funny at times too, Amanda needs to lighten up, she is still there after all,she should be grateful for that.

Simon/David are funny but I think some of what David says is scripted and we the viewers are going along with it. David has a good rapport with Alesha too and i'm not sure where Amanda fits in now?

Aleshia is more suited to BGT, shes more exciting and playful I'm not surprised she gets more air time.
