Jermain Defoe offered to Liverpool in January transfer window - Matt Law, Telegraph
Toronto FC and former England striker is interested in a move to Anfield on loan until the end of the season, but his club are still insisting on a permanent deal Liverpool have been offered the chance to sign Jermain Defoe as a stop-gap solution to their striker problems Defoe is desperate to return to the Premier League in this month’s transfer window, with Queens Park Rangers and Hull City interested in signing him. The Telegraph can reveal, however, that Liverpool have also been sounded out over the possibility of bringing 32-year-old Defoe back to England from MLS club Toronto FC. The main stumbling block over any potential move for Defoe is that Toronto are insisting they do not want to loan him and instead want a £6 million sale. Defoe, though, hopes Toronto are forced to relent on their refusal to let him join a Premier League club on loan until the end of the season and is aware that his name has been put to Liverpool. Liverpool are unlikely to be interested in any long-term transfer, but a temporary deal may be tempting for manager Brendan Rodgers. Wouldn't be against this if it's a loan til the end of the season, a nice option to have until Origi returns to take his spot |

Chelsea very likely to be signing Kramaric Wanted us to get him. They'll just be loaning him right back out like they do with all the other good talents they get as well, annoying as ****

Hope he can start scoring again now that he has gone back home, and I expect that will be the case now that he has gone back to his blonde hair

Origi is being recalled for £3m, excellent. Had a good start in France but Lille are bloody terrible and don't create any chances, he should link up well with our front line and be a great back up for Sturridge in the second half of the season.
I'd imagine this definitely spells the end for Mario and Borini as well. |

French defender Loic Perrin has claimed that Arsenal have made contact with him over a possible switch to the Emirates.
The Gunners had already been linked with the 29-year-old, who is valued at about £6m, however this is the first time that the St Etienne player has confirmed the talk. According to Perrin, Arsenal are yet to make any contact with the club. "I was contacted personally. Arsenal are interested,” he told Le Progres. But for now, there is still no contact with Saint-Etienne. Perrin tends to play at centre-back but can also play at right-back and in midfield if required - a versatility that appeals to Arsene Wenger. http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/f...d-9957533.html Surely they are going to get done for tapping up? |

**** sakes, Messi to Chelsea is trending on twitter because of this
This happens quite a lot on social media where players follow different players from other clubs.. but following an official club account too is quite a strange one, especially Messi, he doesnt tend to follow many people outside of Barca. |

His goalscoring record is worth way more than £30m.. 71 goals in his last 106 games. Don't think Dzeko will be too pleased though
