Default Where have all the tasks gone this series????

I know that this CBB has been never-ending with the drama but how come there are so few tasks this series? I don't remember any other series in recent years barely having any?? Instead there is just constant tension and drama. The fun and spontaneity has been sucked out of this series....

I think we could've had some great tasks with this lot, sadly they've taken all the fun out.

I'm glad that there hasn't been loads of mini tasks, they're using rubbish and are usually edited into a montage. The less of these tasks = the more bored the housemates are = the more time they have to bitch and argue. However there is obviously still a place for the shopping tasks as they can be quite good and are essential to the format, this series though they've been terrible. The charity cycling task has got to be the most boring shopping task ever.

I'm guessing that when things start to get too nice or boring, BB uses the tasks to shake up the house and give them something to make an interesting show. In this house, they really don't need them. This house feeds itself and doesn't need tasks to make it interesting.

I think to be fair that everyone should get a task. They probably will.

Surviving in that house would be a big enough task all on it's own.

It seems that the Twisted Fairytale theme was only really about the wallpaper.

I thought that there were fewer tasks because of all the high fees they have had to pay Perez and Price.

Something had to give and perhaps it is the tasks.

Bring back the tree, but on second thoughts Perez would only hump it.

He might have done that already

It is all about making them bored, giving them alcohol and making them argumentative. Not rocket science but effective.

Tasks are a pain, just used as space fillers. I'm so glad they've been kept to a minimum.

The reason I hate "I'm a Celeb" with such a passion, and never watch it, is because it's all about tasks, usually disgusting and revolting ones too, with a little social interaction thrown in. BB has always been the opposite.

I am expecting them to use the electric zapper. What I would do is ask them questions, and if they are wrong they get zapped, but secretly allow one housemate to have a button that triggers it.

Totally agree with OP and with other member who said this is wasted opportunity on fairytale theme

This has been the lamest year yet for tasks. It has also been the lamest year ever for BOTS: no glasses paul, no iain lee, not even ian symes from digital

I don't know if this is all due to cost cutting or just the usual more creative members have left. I long for the days of Jennnings from the task team, Jamie East etc.

This season feels like a skeleton version of BB. They haven't even changed that awful garden layout with the weird beige pathways across the astro turf.

Come on BB! If you can afford Katie Price, you can afford a few more tasks and a different garden layout from last year!

yep, I dont like the silly 2 day long things, with desks and ****, but fun tasks like the assaualt course, where they can fall in gunk etc, or mud, slippery stuff so we can watch them fall over, that would be fun, for them and us

BB WE NEED SOME FUN!!!

fun tasks, even secret ones, that are designed to be funny, nothing too elaborate, just an injection of laughter now and again would be nice
