Default London Tube Strike 9PM on 25th & 27th Aug : Now Called Off

ITV1 London
just said the Strike is going on this Weds., evening from
6:30PM


So more traffic problems

I think a spontaneous strike would be better i'd like all tube workers who are thinking about striking to go stand in the tracks right now.

God bless the unions...genuinely. There should be more of them, then a lot of ppl who are p'd off / inconvenienced by this strike would understand that these days there are very few that will stand up for you within the workplace, and you should cherish those that do.

Am I affected? Yes. Am I glad they've taken action? Also yes.

the trains really should have been fully automated years ago. there's no doubt we have the technology. The city really should just pony up the money to get google or whatever other company that can do it, and automate the trains. There hasn't been a need for drivers for a long time.
