Radar Online claims it has obtained a copy of the video, recorded in 2011
The clips reportedly show the actor, 50, performing oral sex on another man and smoking crack-cocaine out of a pipe in a Las Vegas hotel room
The other man in the video reportedly sued Sheen for giving him herpes
Sources told Radar that Sheen spent millions settling the lawsuit, and believed he had the only copies of the videos
Last week, Sheen sent shockwaves when he announced he had been secretly battling HIV for the past four years
It's unclear whether the recently surfaced video was taken before or after he was officially diagnosed with the virus

He seems really troubled. He's always seemed trouble for as long as I've been aware of him as a public figure. You don't have that much sex and do that much drink and drugs without fighting some serious demons. I feel sorry for him and I feel bad that he felt pressured into making an announcement about his status, that's nobody's business but his and the people he chooses to have sex with.

Nobody should have to pay anything to keep videos private.. disgusting that someone leaked them. A big jail sentence, I think.

No. You're blaming the victim of a crime here. The person leaked a private video without permission here, and should be arrested. By making comments like this you're almost removing guilt from them and placing it to Charlie who did not want the videos to go public.

He went to court and paid to have them not leaked, granted he is responsible for the videos being made in the first place, but whoever has leaked them have broken the law and should be suitably punished.

It takes 2 people to make a sex tape maybe the other wanted the world to see it? It always gets leaked in the end.

Also Sheen deserves the bad press sleeping around knowing he had all sorts of diseases yet didn't tell the other person

What crime?. I'm certain no one will be arrested.

It all depends on who owns the video. If Sheens doesnt own the rights to the vid then he doesnt have a leg to stand on. The vid can be shown at the owners discretion and if Sheen doesn't want it to be seen then he has to come to some sort of arrangement with the owner. WHich it looks like he has done. There is no crime here.

As far as I'm aware, HIV isn't transmitted via saliva so (assuming his mouth wasn't full of open sores) he wasn't really endangering anyone if that's all they did.

It takes two people for a murder to take place as well, perhaps we should blame people killed by terrorist attacks for being in busy places too? Do you see how idiotic this logic is? The guilt for this crime is ENTIRELY on the person who leaked it.

What crime?? Erm.. how about the one where you aren't supposed to leak videos that contain sex unless all performers in it give their explicit permission to do so?

I thought the permission needed to be granted at the point of filming not at the point of distribution. If Sheen agreed to be filmed then no crime has been committed.

The video was clearly supposed to have been kept private, hence the bribes to do so, and a law has clearly been broken here. If they agreed to film themselves having sex but keep it only for the two of them, then that's what they stick to. Simple as that.

No, you need permission from both parties in order to post stuff like that online, otherwise it's a crime, it's called revenge porn.

He took part in it he deals with the consequences and I find it pretty disgraceful your saying a sex tape is the same as murder/terrorist attacks

This was not filmed by someone that Sheen had known for years so due to the fact that he agree to be filmed by somone he hardly knows doenst that negate his right to privacy.?
