the Donald has gone from 18% behind to 0.2% ahead in just 9 months I think trump is trusted and believed by more people He is the only politician in western society with the guts to talk about the most difficult issues He is also the only hugely successful business man looking to lead a western nation. he is right to point out hillarys disastrous tenure as foreign secretary in libya Syria, Iraq which she choose to bomb to smitherseens on the back of a pack of lies he is right to point out how corrupt the democrats election has been and how fixed it has been against Bernie sanders and prevented so many voters voting. those disillusioned voters may switch to trump The only issues I disagree with him is on guns and muslims. Though we in the UK hate guns, and we point to the 33,000 gun deaths in the USA per annum....we don't account for the number of violent crime being vastly higher here and also the rate of drug related crime in the uk is literally 10000 times higher here than the uk I see no problem with building a wall. He is right to be vary mega vigilant on people who enter the country. they have millions of illegal immigrants arriving across their borders, whose papers are not checked. that is wrong. vigilant check points are a must to ensure the security of any society. he is right on trade he is right to support gay marriage as he has done since 2000 he was right on iraq he is right on corporate corruption he is right not to take corporate money he is right to keep abortion legal but right to be weary of abortion and right to pump more funds into pro life support for parents who may need help in making their decision, knowledge , advice, services, such as fostering children can all help save lives and save parents a lifetime of regret for rushed abortions. these are often young poor confused people who dodnt even realise they can give birth and allow the child to go to temporary or permanent foster or adoption homes. trump was wrong to say women should be punished for abortions beyond the legal time limit, but right to say sorry and he made a mistake and stated correctly the doctors will get punished in those cases he is right to employ based on ability regardless of politically correct quotas, his daughter will inherit his company not his sons he is right to avoid endless negative ads and simply say your own genuine opinion he is right to keep social security as it is and to pay war veterans more he is right to punish us companies taking jobs abroad he is also right about his golf courses, they are world class He was right to create the apprentice which became one of the most successful reality show ever he was right to ensure all he proceeds went to charities, which ran to tens of millions of dollars he is right new York is the best city in the world he is right about brexit and right to say its up to the brits and he doesn't want to interfere but he says UK will remain at the front of the trade queue with usa with trump in charge Last edited by the truth; 23-05-2016 at 04:08 PM. |

Here's a little gem!
Donald Trump plans to make Americans poor again. "Donald Trump has threatened to place a 35 percent tariff against goods from Mexico and a 45 percent tariff against imports from China. He has also, by implication, threatened similar tariffs against Japan." "Donald Trump’s trade policies would cost the typical U.S. household $11,100 over 5 years" "Would such tariffs achieve Donald Trump’s goal of protecting U.S. workers from foreign competition? Ironically, the answer is “no.” "What would be the impact of such policies? “A Trump tariff levied on imports from all countries would cost the average U.S. household $6,112 annually and $30,560 over a five-year period,” notes the research. “This ‘worldwide’ tariff would cost households in the lowest income decile $2,826 annually or $14,130 over five years and households in the highest income decile $12,514 annually, and $62,570 over five years.” http://www.forbes.com/sites/stuartan.../#6318d6bb2db0

However come the election I still cannot see him winning, no way in my view, will he get the really big States with the big numbers to win enough to take the Presidency. For me him becoming President would really be the USA likely going mad. Last edited by joeysteele; 23-05-2016 at 04:29 PM. |

I don't see why Trump is considered more dangerous than Clinton. Contrary to what people seemingly think here, 1 person doesn't run a country.
