The partner of reality TV star Ferne McCann is being hunted by police in connection with a suspected acid attack at a London nightclub over the weekend that left 20 people injured.
Police swooped on the £1 million (about $1.3 million) property of 25-year-old Arthur Collins on Tuesday to question him after a corrosive liquid was sprayed at Mangle in Dalston, east London during a brawl. But he appeared to be away at the time of the raid.
Collins, originally from Hertfordshire, is believed to be in a relationship with Ferne McCann, best known for her appearances on British reality TV shows The Only Way is Essex and I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!
McCann herself was nowhere to be seen the night of the attack. A spokeswoman for TV star said: “Ferne is aware that the police wish to speak to Arthur Collins and the nature of the accusations against him. Obviously these are highly shocking and Ferne has co-operated with the police in their inquiries.
“She was not with Arthur on Sunday night; was not at Mangle; and has no direct knowledge of the events that unfolded.”
Among those injured during the attack were 22-year-old model Isobella Fraser and her sister Prue, 20, from Sydney, who suffered serious chemical burns to her arms.

This scares me so much. I can't help but think of family members (especially females ones) when this kind of things happens, since it is mainly women who are attakced in this scenario.

she is in Towie and I think she was the one in IAC who had the snakes all over her if I'm thinking of the right person, obviously she had nothing to do with this, but what kind of person is she going out with also how did he get into a club with a liquid substance like this, the doormen need to do a bit more checking.

From what I observe, rarely anyone gets checked before getting into nightclubs.

If this issue starts to arise, as some people have already stated it has, I think we should go down the American route and have people be scanned before entry. Honestly. This is way too scary.

Honestly that is scary, especially in these times, anyone could walk into a club with a gun, a knife or worse I'm really surprised that they are so lax

I know, it's awful. I don't go out that often, ever since I stopped drinking alcohol, but to think that my friends and relatives could be subject to this kind of harm is genuinely terrifying.

Yeah some clubs i used to go in you'd get your pockets checked and your bollocks felt on the way in after a few incidents with weapons.
They didn't mind drugs though aslong as you weren't selling them and undercutting their dealers.
You'd think there'd be more searches nowadays not less?
