I'm watching BBCAN5 right now, and I really love the strategic element to the game. When I finish this, I'm going to go back and watch BBCAN4 (esp. since Nikki is on it).
However, since I've ended up spoiling a lot of the results for BBCAN1/2 for myself, I was wondering if there were any other international series' that operate like BBCAN? Of course, the obvious option would be BBUS - but in recent series I've noticed they do all these weird extra rounds (eg. roadkill veto, battle of the block) which I really dislike. I much prefer the "HOH - nominations - veto - eviction vote" format for the most part. So on that basis.. which series should I watch?

BBCAN3 if you don't know any spoilers?
In regards to BBUS, I've only seen like one and a half seasons and they're both pretty recent ones but the general consensus is that, much like BBUK, the older seasons are far superior. I've heard BBUS6 is amazing and has one of the best house divides ever so you could go with that? |

Big Brother 6 USA is one of the best series of TV ever.
I love BB2 and BB3 USA, but maybe start with more recent ones I'd definitely recommend BB6USA and the reeally good recent ones that don't have stupid twists are BB10/BB11 USA

I started with 8 (randomly finding it on youtube) and even though it wasn't my favorite season it was a good one to get started off with.
It's a modern-ish season with the HOH-noms-POV-eviction format. It also directly follows an All Stars season so you can kinda just go in chronological order from there (although in season 14 there are returnees from before season 8). The early BB seasons do follow the same format BUT everyone plays for veto or something like that and I think 1 or 2 of the first few seasons don't even have a veto? If you want quality with the same exact format as BBCAN5, 6-10 wouldn't be a bad idea for a stretch of seasons to start with. 6, 7 & 10 are reeeeeally great seasons. I still haven't watched anything from before season 6. I should probably get to that eventually.
