Well this is one of the most bitter juries we've seen in a long time, are we really surprised?

Watching this now, the only jurors who said they'd vote for Ika over Demetres were Sindy, Dillon and Kevin.

I give props to Kevin, he gives Ika credit where credit is due and has openly said she was the most deserving winner, it's a shame his jury friends are all bitter.

EDIT: Dillon put his hand up for Demetres as well lmao

Maybe if Ika didnt trash them on their way out, gloating how great she was, she might have gotten more votes, but no, she brought it on herself, awful jury management. Cant see why people cant see that, never piss off the jury, they can respect the game you play, but if you treat them like **** dont expect their votes to win.

Ika must have learnt how to handle the jury from Russell Hantz

To be fair, if the jury were that bitter wouldn't Karen have received some votes?

As much I adore Ika and think she played the best this season, comp wins hold a lot of clout for both US and Canadian juries (even if I personally believe social game is a more important marker of a good player), and Demetres' record speaks for itself. That in itself makes an Ika/Dem F2 difficult to pick between, without even factoring in her relationships with some of the jurors. I thought the general consensus on here was that if you lose the game to a bitter jury, you only have yourself to blame?

Don't pick and choose when you want to use this logic when you were dragging Winchele for winning Survivor because she had the most friendships with the jury!

Not at all, they have no reason/opportunity to be bitter to Kevin because he was their friend/didnt play a part in their evictions, and since the jury was so anti-Denika I hardly doubt they would've voted for their closest ally to win (especially against their friend Kevin)

I totally get the "we'll if you lose to jury it's because you're relationships with them were poor" argument, but this is a jury who, in EVERY segment were emphasising how they would not tolerate bitterness and bitter voting. Tie this in with the fact that the jury told Demetres (via Sindy) that they were less likely to vote fir him if he didn't cut Ika, then this shows a high level of hypocrisy.

The jury's logic was flawed. They dragged Demetres for being Ika's lap dog but then said they'd give him the win over Ika. Sadly, one of Demika was only ever going to win if it was Demika in the final two. I love Karen but it's absolutely ridiculous that the jury was going to award her the win if she faced either of them.

Bless Sindy with an S for not being a bitter juror. Dillon said he'd vote for both Demetres and Ika so I don't really understand him.

Oh I definitely agree that they seem to have contradicted everything they said in the jury segments, but then again we only see a few minutes each week so it's possible our perception is distorted. Maybe the more comps he won, the more they couldn't discount him. Like I said, I definitely believe Ika played better cause I value social manipulation more, but I don't think a Demika F2 is as clear cut as a Kevin/Karen one is. They both helped each other - her socially, while his comp wins kept them safe. If you consider it objectively you could easily make an argument for either of them to win, and that's probably why the jury's opinion seems to have swayed.

If there's evidence that Demetres or Ika would've lost to Karen though then I'd be inclined to agree, that's a whole different ballgame. I'm very surprised that Demika would've genuinely taken each other to F2 actually, I find that astounding
