Default When raph comes back will he get special treatment.
Like if he starts insulting people who have said what other people just dare to think, will he be let off without being infracted or banned because we all want to know dome secrets etc?

I'm sure what people have said about him is a lot worse than what he has said about other
Doubt he will care tbh and only thank the people who supported him

He should be allowed to respond to the horrible OTT vicious comments about him in whatever way he wants. If you can dish it out then you should be able to take it.
