Default Do Sundays feel more like a void or rest at this particular time in your life?

Sometimes the slow winding down of Sundays (as-per the very nature of the day) can feel like a welcome break from the more hustle-and-bustle (or at least heavier on entertainment-options) tone of Mondays to Saturday, and a lot of people take solace and sanctuary in that, sure. But others (like me), especially when you’re in a period of your life where you’re wanting movement, progression, updates and change (which Sundays can feel like the anti-thesis of), that liminal temporal space on Sundays, coupled with the complete lack of anything decent to watch on TV (even Songs of Praise is more of a morning-thang; it don’t fill a whole day), can just make it feel like a complete waste of a day, a necessary evil, a chore to get through rather-than a day to be savoured and quietly (or otherwise) enjoyed. Where do you fit on the spectrum? That’s the question.

You can make Sundays what you want of them. A lot of people love having a very calm day but others might go for a run, do a long walk, a cycle ride, play sport, go to gigs, do classes, do some gardening etc etc That's the beauty of weekends

Sundays are whatever you want them to be. If I want to go out out, there are plenty of places to go....I tend to like the peace on a Sunday now but if I was bored there is still stuff going on everywhere from live music, pub quizzes etc etc. I don't watch an awful lot of normal tv but can always find something to stream if I want something to watch. I don't find Sundays any different than any other day.

Sunday is one day I virtually stop near everything.
Just relax and do what I want, when I want, my pet Staffie permitting.
I love Sundays.

…yeah, this totally…I love Sundays ……they’re the no commitment days and can be whatever we want them to be…sometimes filled with stuff and sometimes filled with nothing…

I like Sundays. Every day is a blessing, right? Can't see an option for that.
