Summary:
ZELAH AND CAROLINE CLEAR THE AIR Zelah and Caroline head to the Snug to talk about Caroline’s comments from the night before during the game of Spin the Bottle. Before addressing the comment directed at Zelah, they first discuss what Caroline said to Nancy. Caroline says, “It was out of character and it was just, all I wanted to do was make trouble, not for you but for Nancy and Cameron B, and the whole thing was so she would have to say him.” Zelah responds, “Yeah, fair enough. I think… so, the rest of us were trying to help you with the question because Nancy likes women, I know she’s told you…” Caroline says, “No she didn’t, now I know. I had no idea.” Zelah replies, “Yeah, that’s why we were just like ‘oh say who you’re attracted to’. And I think Feyisola and the others kind of noticed the direction it was going in because of the whole reproducing thing, and I think they were trying to help you and guide it away.” Caroline says, “I never, I’ve heard people say they are pan but I thought pan meant you can have as many lovers as you want. I didn’t know…” Zelah says, “Yeah, that’s polyamory.” Caroline says, “Yeah, that’s the one I thought it was.” Zelah adds, “For Nancy, it’s triggering but I think she knows, I can’t speak on behalf of her, but I think she knows…” Caroline says, “Yeah she knows, we’ve chatted.” Zelah continues, “What really hit me about what you said, I think it was first, sectioning me away from the guys with the whole reproductive thing. All that was tough. And then it was like, ‘she’s a girl’. It really, it hurt.” Caroline says, “Why did it come out of my mouth? I’ve got no excuse. I can only say sorry, I can’t give you an excuse.” Zelah says, “I know that you come from a good place. It was a moment. Yeah, it hurt, which, again, also shocks me cause I haven’t been in that kind of scenario for a very long time. Because I’m lucky enough to pass as a man. But, I mean, we are friends…” Caroline says, “I hope we are.” Zelah replies, “Yeah, of course. I don’t want you to walk away from this thinking you’re not allowed to get things wrong. Minus last night, I think you’ve been doing a lot of learning in here, so have I, I think we’ve all done a lot of learning in here, I’ve done a s**t ton of learning in here. I do understand…” ELSA AND TEJA TALK ABOUT THE HOUSEMATES Elsa and Teja chat in the Snug about their relationships with other Housemates. Teja says, “I’ve got a question for you… what do you think of Tate? Cause he’s like the least… I'd probably say he’s the person I'm least close to in the House. I’ve never got past surface level conversation. Maybe I’ve accepted, subconsciously in my head…” Elsa says, “You’re not gonna get close.” Teja continues, “I’m not gonna get close. So maybe I’ve not made as much effort as I should have. But I'm gonna try to make an effort because even with Jenny, in the beginning, I didn’t think she liked me cause she’s like from Derry, the way they can talk and stuff, it can come off very abrupt… but when you delve deeper, she’s not, I don’t think she’s nasty.” Elsa says, “But it’s like, even me, I started off close with all the boys and then drifted from them…” Teja asks, “Do you think it’s a permanent thing or do you think cause it’s fresh at the moment?” Elsa responds, “I don’t, I hope it’s not a permanent thing…” Teja says, “I don’t think it’s permanent, I think time’s a healer, so it’ll be fine. I don’t want you to be isolated and I know you don’t want to be isolated either cause that’s not… You can be in a house full of people and feel lonely and I don’t want you to feel like that.” BIG BROTHER CONTINUES TONIGHT AT 9PM ON ITV2 AND ITVX |
