The CBB 2025 housemates are. Angellica Bell Chesney Hawkes Chris Hughes Daley Thompson Danny Beard Donna Preston Ella Rae Wise Jack P. Shepherd JoJo Siwa Michael Fabricant Mickey Rourke Patsy Palmer Trisha Goddard Interviews with each. ANGELLICA BELL What are you looking forward to most about being on Celebrity Big Brother? I'm really looking forward to meeting a cross section of people - people you wouldn't necessarily have the opportunity to sit down and just chew the cud with. I like to be kept on my toes and I know BB likes to throw in curve balls but I'm also looking forward to a bit of dressing up, role playing and generally having a bit of fun – just being silly. I'm all about enjoying the moment and having a good time. To sum it up, the general experience - it's Big Brother. It's iconic. What are you going to miss most while you're in the house? I'm going to miss routine! I don’t have to do things at a certain time because in my job you’ve got to be flexible but I like to have a clear idea of a plan. I also sometimes like to go to bed early and get up early, go to the gym, get things done, send emails etc. So that is going to be hard. Just living by the seat of my pants and going ‘OK what's happening now?’ without answers will be hilarious...at times! How do you think you'll get on with the other housemates? Anything that's likely to annoy you? Everyone is different and that's what makes the world a wonderful, beautiful place. I think I'll get on well with the other housemates and hopefully make new friends beyond the time in the house. I think what might annoy my housemates about me is probably my laugh – I've got a loud laugh. People hear me coming a mile off! I'm also upbeat as well - early doors and before bed. Do you think you'll be an easy housemate to get on with? What are your strengths? Listen, drama isn't my thing but I've not been locked up before! I think my positivity is a strength - the glass is always half full. That's one of my mantras. We've all had adversity in our lives and it's one way to deal with obstacles that come our way. I'm good at listening to people too. I've grown as a person because of my job. I've met all sorts of people with different backgrounds - listening to them, listening to their experiences. It's easy to judge people but until you know their story you can't make informed decisions about them. I’m also organised and tidy. I don't like mess. I do a lot of cooking – I think a well-fed house is a happy house. Let's hope we win the shopping tasks! What do you think you're most likely to be nominated for? I think maybe for being too inquisitive or even too upbeat. And like I don't like injustice. I will address it, but there are ways of doing it. It's not about embarrassing others but a quiet word or taking them to one side to deal with it always works best. I tackle things head on and wear my heart on my sleeve. CHESNEY HAWKES What are you looking forward to the most about being in Celebrity Big Brother? I'm 53 and I've spent 53 years with myself, so I think I know myself pretty well. But I reckon I'm going to learn stuff about myself. If you can reach your mid 50s and there's potential to do that, then that's really exciting. And I think I'll learn some stuff about other celebrities that I didn't know as well - so that's interesting. Oh and Tuesday night is the night we put the bins out so I'm looking forward to not doing that. What are you going to miss most while you're in the house? How am I going to live without knowing the football results for a start!? I'm a big West Ham fan – and I’ll miss doing my Fantasy Football League - I guess I'm going to have to give my phone to my son. I've just put out my album and I won't know how it's doing. So I tell you what, if everyone could go and buy the album that would be magnificent. It’ll be lovely to come out and think ‘Oh my God - I'm Number One!’. That would be the greatest result. How do you think you'll get on with the other housemates? Is there anything that's likely to annoy you? I think I'll get on well with the housemates generally. I'm quite an easygoing guy, however I know it's a completely bonkers environment and you never know - I might surprise myself about how I react to situations. I could definitely say that I’m pretty even tempered as a person, but what if I go in there and I'm completely crackers and I simply don't seem like a balanced person - that could easily happen. Strengths-wise, I think I'm a good listener; I could be a shoulder to cry on and someone to confide in. And as far as what I think might annoy me - I guess we'll figure that out as we go. But off the top of my head - people that don't pick up after themselves and don't pull their weight. Do you think you'll be an easy housemate to get on with? I think so - unless I discover I'm an absolute nightmare. Who knows?! I guess I'm looking forward to seeing if I last more than 20 minutes - hopefully I do. What are you most likely to be nominated for? I'm planning to make friends with everyone so they love me so much they won't nominate me. I'm going to make tea for everyone, tell them all they're fabulous. My strategy is to not be nominated. Or maybe, if I am nominated, it’ll be for being too charming. JOJO SIWA What are you looking forward to the most about being in Celebrity Big Brother? Just meeting new people. I think it's going to be really fun to live and try to exist with strangers who I feel like some may know each other, but I feel like I'm the blind bat going in - I'm not going to know anyone. What are you going to miss most while you're in the house? For sure my girlfriend; absolutely my girlfriend. Tied for first place though - my puppy. I have this joke, we always say ‘who do you love more - girlfriend or puppy?’ And every other day there's a new favorite; it depends on who's the better behaved. How do you think you'll get on with the other housemates? Is there anything that's likely to annoy you? Oh, there's so much that's probably going to annoy me. But it won't affect anything. I think it'll be a really, really fun time - getting to hang out, getting to meet new people. I think we'll get on - I'm not too worried about that. Do you think you'll be an easy housemate to get on with? What are your strengths? I’d say my strengths are making people laugh and smile and have a good time - that's my forte. I think I’ll be easy to get along with - I'm a fairly easy person to get along with. I'm an easy person to converse with - even if somebody's the complete opposite to me. At the end of the day, we're all human. And I think if you're a human that's open to conversation that's a great thing. And if you're human that's not open to conversation that’s all good - I'll go converse with somebody nicer. What are you most likely to be nominated for? You know what I'll get nominated for - being too much of a rule follower. Because if someone breaks the rules I'll get annoyed, and I know people break the rules. Guaranteed I will not break one rule the whole time. TRISHA GODDARD What are you looking forward to most about being on Celebrity Big Brother? Meeting new people. What are you going to miss most while you're in the house? My darling husband, talking to my kids, music and walking in the woods. How do you think you'll get on with the other housemates? Anything that's likely to annoy you? I can't say how I’ll get on with them – I have no idea. And what’s likely to annoy me? I'm intolerant of intolerance… Do you think you'll be an easy housemate to get on with? What are your strengths? I hope I'm an easy housemate to get on with. My strengths are my sense of humor and not sweating the small stuff. What do you think you're most likely to be nominated for? I don't know - my kids would have to tell you the answer to that. If I had to answer anything, it’s being a busybody probably. CHRIS HUGHES What are you looking forward to the most about being in Celebrity Big Brother? I'm looking forward to the fact that it’s very much an unknown, to meeting new people, getting to spend time with people who are from very different environments to myself and the whole social experiment behind it - the whole Big Brother experience, really. What are you going to miss the most while you're in there? As much as it’s going to be nice to be around other people, I think just having my natural comforts around me - the ability to walk around and have that freedom, be able to go to the gym, see my animals. And friends and family and being able to talk to people as you do candidly each day without thinking about it. How do you think you'll get on with the other housemates? Anything that's likely to annoy you? I think I'll get on fine with them. I think things can grate on you, but I think it's how you deal with those types of situations. Obviously, we all live as ourselves as individuals, and we all have our own way of living. I think people's habits can rub certain people up the wrong way. But I think I understand, and I appreciate it - some people snore, some people do things differently in the kitchen. But I think you just have to understand that you’re individuals for a reason. Everyone is very different. Do you think you'll be an easy housemate to get on with? I'd like to think I'd be an easy housemate to get on with everyone. When I meet people for the first time people say ‘God, you're so easy to talk to’ and I think people think that because you're in the public eye you’d be robotic. But I'll talk to anyone, so I think that's like a good trait to have. So I should hopefully get on with everyone. What are you most likely to be nominated for? Hopefully not loads of things. I don't think I have too many to be honest. But I'd like to say it won't be a ‘Oh, Chris doesn't pull his weight’. Because I'll be very hands-on. I'm enjoying cooking at the minute, so I'll try and be on hand and help whoever's in the kitchen and doing different bits and bobs. I actually don't know what my weaknesses are when it comes to living with people. Maybe I'm a little bit messy at times but I'll try my best to be as neat and tidy as I can. PATSY PALMER What are you looking forward to the most about being in Celebrity Big Brother? I’m really looking forward to walking through the iconic doors and meeting a group of brand-new people. It’s a fascinating experience and that’s one aspect that excites me. I’m also looking forward to having a break from technology. We all spend so much time on our phones etc so having no access to that will be incredibly refreshing. What are you going to miss the most while you’re in the House? The main thing I’m going to miss the most is my family. We’re all incredibly close and speak all the time. It’s going to be strange not being able to have a conversation with one of them when I feel like it. How do you think you’ll get on with the other Housemates - anything that’s likely to annoy you? I think I’m a pretty easy person to get on with. I love meeting new people and find out more about them, so I hope none of them annoy me. Do you think you’ll be an easy Housemate to get on with? What would you say your strengths are? One thing I really pride myself in is being someone who tries to find solutions instead of problems. It’s a much more positive approach and has worked well for me in the past. What are you most likely to be nominated for? Ooh, that’s a tricky one. I have no idea. I guess it depends which other celebrities are in there and what type of thing might irk them. MICHAEL FABRICANT What are you looking forward to the most about being in Celebrity Big Brother? Meeting interesting people and having good conversations. Having some fun and to find out what it’s like being trapped with people I don’t know! What are you going to miss most while you're in there? Probably the news – I’d like to know if we are at war with some country or not! I'll certainly miss not being in contact with people or posting pictures of my legs on Instagram. How do you think you'll get on with the other housemates? Is there anything that is most likely to annoy you about them? It’s difficult to say. If they're bright, amusing, interesting it'll be great. I’m a light sleeper so if they have some funny nighttime habits, that could be a problem. So no snorers, please. I think boredom is my biggest fear - not having enough stimulation. Do you think you'll be an easy housemate to get on with? What would you say your strengths are? I think that's something for them to judge of me, I couldn’t possibly comment. What do you think you’re most likely to be nominated for? Either I'm talking too much or I'm not talking enough, who knows what people find annoying about others? I like singing out loudly to myself, but my impersonation of Julie Andrews in the Sound of Music is not to everyone’s taste. But one thing I'm well aware of is that we have to nominate someone. So it could be they don't like people with blonde hair - it could be anything, who knows? I think I’ll find it difficult to nominate people. I’m hoping for the best. JACK P. SHEPHERD What are you looking forward to most about being on Celebrity Big Brother? Probably just every experience that comes with it - the Diary Room, the nominations. I think I’ll like the tasks because that's the big event - when you can all come together. What are you going to miss most while you're in the house? I don't know because I feel like you still get everything like chocolate and sweets and things like that. But probably the little dog, the little dog baby - which is a long-haired Chihuahua. How do you think you'll get on with the other housemates? Anything that's likely to annoy you? I think if someone's just trying to be loud to try and ‘point the camera at me please, I need airtime’ - maybe that might annoy me. Also, if you're having a conversation and someone just comes and randomly joins in. Do you think you'll be an easy housemate to get on with? What are your strengths? I have a strength for cleaning - I like to clean. I’ll make cups of tea. I'll wash up. I'm not the best cook but I can cook. And I'm very quiet if I need to be. What do you think you're most likely to be nominated for? Maybe someone getting annoyed with the amount of storytelling I do. I’m always on the wind up - maybe they’ll be a bit annoyed that I'm always on the wind up. ELLA RAE WISE What are you looking forward to most about being in the Celebrity Big Brother house? I think the most I'm looking forward to has to be meeting and getting to know new people and learning new things about myself and others, as well and being out of my comfort zone and under pressure, weirdly because I deal with pressure really well. I'm quite relaxed but it might be a bit different being in a house with loads of people that I normally wouldn't spend time with, or know in normal day to day life. What are you going to miss the most while you're in the House? Definitely my family. I'm really close to my family so to not be able to speak to them for three weeks is going to be quite hard. Me and my mum are like sisters more than we are mother and daughter. I confide in my mum a lot and ask for advice a lot, so I know she's obviously not going to be there for me to do that. I don't really go more than two days without seeing her, so she always makes sure I have everything that I need in my life, and in all aspects. And obviously I’ll miss my friends - but it just means extra nights out when I'm back. How do you think you'll get on with the other housemates? Anything that's likely to annoy you? I think, to be honest, it takes a lot for me to crack. I'm quite laid back and relaxed - I'm quite easy going. I don't feel that a lot annoys me. But if I really have to think about it probably maybe having to constantly pick up after someone. I'm quite a clean person at home - if my friends come over for dinner, they know they take their plate out to the sink. I'm not really a fan of washing up either, so hopefully someone else takes that job over. Do you think you'll be an easy housemate to get on with? What would you say your strengths are? I'd like to think I am. I'd like to think I would be an easy housemate to get on with. I'm quite a big team player. I always want people to feel happy and comfortable around me. Even though I am a little bit blonde I do feel like I have a really understanding way about me. I do also have quite a caring side that I don't feel has been shown to its full extent yet. I'm really looking forward to being my 100% genuine self in all ways. What are you most likely to be nominated for? Hopefully nothing; fingers crossed. I'm very domesticated, I'm caring, I'm a team player and I'm a very happy-go-lucky girl that sometimes likes to have a bit of Princess treatment. DALEY THOMPSON What are you looking forward to most about being in the Celebrity Big Brother house? I am looking forward to the challenge of living with total strangers and getting to know them and hearing all their stories. What are you going to miss the most while you're in the House? I will definitely miss all of my family and friends in there. How do you think you'll get on with the other housemates? Anything that's likely to annoy you? I think I will get on really well with all the other housemates but I think the thing I will find annoying is loud snoring and people staying up late and keeping me awake. Do you think you'll be an easy housemate to get on with? What would you say your strengths are? I do think I will be a very easy housemate to get along with. My washing up skills will be a real strength! What are you most likely to be nominated for? I could well be nominated for not being a party animal! DONNA PRESTON What are you looking forward to most about being in the Celebrity Big Brother house? I think being away from my phone. I think we've forgotten about what it’s like to be human beings and to be present in the space. I love nothing more than sitting in my conservatory and looking out at my garden, without my phone. And I'm looking forward to actually having conversations with people and listening to stories - because there'll be some fascinating people in there. As an actor I just love people watching. What are you going to miss the most while you're in the House? Mr Bigs - my cat. I can’t handle it. In my head, I've just got to survive a week – because I'm doing this for Mr Bigs. If I don't get paid, he doesn't get the beef. He's got a great life and I just love our morning cuddles. Oh, and of course I’m also going to miss my friends and family, of course. But it’s definitely going to be Mr Bigs. How do you think you'll get on with the other housemates? Is there anything that's likely to annoy you? If anyone's rude - that'll grate on me. Loud eaters too - I just don't understand it. I have misophonia so any unnecessary noises just mess with my head. And nail biting. But if I find that something is getting to me, I'll move myself away from the situation. Everyone's got their habits, I understand that. I’ll just spend my time in the bath... Do you think you'll be an easy housemate to get on with? What would you say your strengths are? Cleaning! I’m really good at cleaning. This is why I don't have shellac nails on because I'm constantly cleaning. I love a good bleach. I can be quite particular, so I'm happy to wash up etc. But I wouldn't like people to take advantage - I'm not coming to clear the dinner table and take the plates away. They can bring the plates to me and I'll happily wash up. I don’t know about the toilets though. What are you most likely to be nominated for? Telling people to stop biting their nails. Actually, I won't tell people to stop biting their nails. I'll actually kindly ask. Or moaning that if someone’s snoring, I’d probably be a bit grumpy. But then I think I snore so I can't really say anything. It's a bit of a tricky situation. Or maybe it’ll be because I've taken too much hot water because I will be in that bath. I have a bath at home every night. DANNY BEARD What are you looking forward to the most about being in Celebrity Big Brother? I'm looking forward to meeting people from all different walks of life that I just probably would never meet or mix with. And I'm a massive super fan of the show so I'm looking forward to secret tasks, getting dressed up in ridiculous outfits, face-to-face nominations. I want the full Big Brother experience! What are you going to miss the most? I will miss Fanny the most. Fanny’s my dog BTW, she is my world! I'm going to miss pickled onion Monster Munch, sugar free Ribena. I'm going to miss my boyfriend massively; my friends - I have the best group of friends. I speak to them and my family every day. I'm a very, very sociable person so that's going to be the hardest thing. How do you think you'll get on with the other housemates? Is there anything that's likely to annoy you? I think I'm really easy going. I think I'm quite level-headed these days. I'm someone who feels other people's emotions quite a lot - I'm very empathetic. I think I'd find it hard if somebody's really struggling and it's because of somebody else. I’d find that hard. But other than that, it's not my gaff so I can't really be bothered if people have got their feet on the sofa type of thing. Do you think you'll be an easy housemate to get on with? What kind of strengths do you think you’ll bring? It depends on who's in there. Everyone that I know and hang with, would think I'm easy. But if you're from a very conservative background maybe you're going to find living with a gobby Scouse drag queen a little annoying. What are you most likely to get nominated for? I honestly couldn’t say. I just want to have a good time. I’m also someone who doesn’t like to upset people. Fundamentally I am a people pleaser so I don't want to go in and upset someone intentionally and if I do I would certainly apologise. MICKEY ROURKE What are you looking forward to most about being on Celebrity Big Brother? I have no expectations. I’ve never seen it. I'm just going to go in, do my thing, and we'll see. What are you going to miss most while you're in the house? My dogs. And Dima, my assistant. How do you think you'll get on with the other housemates? Anything that's likely to annoy you? I do not like people who are disrespectful. Respect is earned. I will earn it. If they don't, they will know about it. Do you think you'll be an easy housemate to get on with? What are your strengths? Just be respectful and that’s it. I'll just do me. I don't care about winning. It doesn't mean anything to me. I want someone to win who really cares about winning and who earns it. What do you think you're most likely to be nominated for? I talked to a friend of mine who was on the show – Chuck Liddell – and he told me he got voted out real early. So that’ll probably happen to me. I have no expectations. I love coming over here. I haven’t been here in 8 years. Most of my good friends aren’t here anymore but I love British people and British culture so I'll enjoy talking to them [the Housemates] but I have no expectations of them. We'll just see. |
