Danielle Armstrong from TOWIE signs up - report

Danielle Armstrong The Sun newspaper has reported that Danielle Armstrong, from the ITV reality show The Only Way is Essex has signed to enter the Celebrity Big Brother series in January 2017. A source is quoted in The Sun: “Danielle has a big personality and would be a great asset to the house. “She’s looking to branch out now her Towie days are over and sees CBB as a great way to do this. “Her fellow Towie stars have managed to get their own shows out their stint in the house – she wants to do likewise.” ----- Update: The Sun reported that CBB producers have declined her a place in the house. Source: “Danielle had been in talks with Celebrity Big Brother bosses until the final hour when she found out she hadn’t made the cut. She left Towie thinking she was going straight into the house, but it wasn’t to be. It would have been an amazing platform for her and she’s understandably gutted by the snub.” ----- Previous Towie cast-members to appear on Celebrity Big Brother include Kirk Norcross, Lewis Bloor, Gemma Collins, Mario Falcone, Lauren Goodger, Sam Faiers and Amy Childs. Danielle left the ITVBe show at the end of the last series after three years. The new series, starting in January, is dubbed 'All Star and New Stars' and is reportedly to be made up of former housemates and new celebrity housemates. Other rumoured housemates for January 2017's Celebrity Big Brother are Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, Jasmine Lennard, James Jordan, Stephen Bear, Nick Bateman, Calum Best, Bianca Gascoigne, Frenchy Morgan, Malika Haqq [Keeping Up With The Kardashians], Ronnie O'Sullivan, Katie Hopkins, Lee Ryan, Perez Hilton, Nicola McLean, Katie Price and Nikki Grahame. Danielle’s new boyfriend Danielle is a multi-millionaire who works as an independent distributor at Herbalife International. A source exclusively tells The Sun Online: “Danielle is really keen on Daniel. “He’s a real catch and they get on really well. “Leaving Towie was hard but she wants to focus on moving on with her life and she wants Daniel to be a part of that.” They added: “Now she won’t have to see James as much and he won’t know everything that’s going on in her life – it feels really refreshing for her.” Until recently the pair had kept their dates low key and worked hard not to be pictured together. People drag reality tv stars all the time but Tiffany Pollard, Megan McKenna and Gemma Collins are all RTV stars and were the stars of their series Similarly Aubrey O'Day and Renee Graziano were the stars of the last series and are from RTV
