Marcus has suggested to Rodrigo and Sophie that his feelings towards Noirin are changing.
He and Noirin had been talking in the lounge when she was called to the Diary Room. She told Marcus that she would be back but instead had a conversation with Siavash and went to bed, leaving Marcus on his own for around an hour.
Rodrigo went to talk to Marcus about Noirin, advising him to "give it space" as he was concerned that Marcus’s feelings towards her would ruin his Big Brother experience.
Rodrigo said that it was good the pair were "best friends", but Marcus responded that Noirin’s behaviour did not suggest she was a friend as she never sticks up for him and has little interest in what he says.
Later on, he had a similar chat with Sophie, broaching the subject by asking: "Do you think Noirin is a two-faced bastard?" and asking if Sophie trusted her.
He again reiterated his opinion that Noirin’s behaviour doesn’t suggest that she considers him a friend, saying: "So much of this house revolves around Noirin, everyone’s got to be on her good side."
