He went to a private school which is called the Eton of Scotland. This means his parents have money. He talks about his wealth in a way that Freddie never does. He talks down to people in a way that Freddie never did.
The complaint about about Freddie was that they did not understand his language. That did not mean Freddie was talking down to them just using different language.

We have various accounts of what Kenneth might be but Lisa even put up with him after he has said awful things about Sophie and Karly.

Lisa is the female equivalent of Kenneth in the way shes acts, has no people skills and enjoys confrontation, so in a way they have a common ground. Lisa is just a walking hypocrite aswell, doesn't like house divides? When she chooses to sit at the busstop away from everyone else?!
