To be honest, I think cancelling the eviction and refunding the money is the only fair way of handling the situation. The wasted votes on Kenneth affect the entire eviction process, since many of those votes would undoubtedly have gone on other eviction candidates. Who is to say that the person currently running second to Kenneth (assuming he was heading the vote) would still have been evicted if Kenneth's votes had been cast elsewhere?

That said, on Channel 4 just now, at the end of the HL show repeat, the announcer said Kenneth had gone and that this week's vote "is now closed". I guess they are trying to decide how to handle it. Maybe they will just go ahead.
