He is a freak of nature that makes me skin crawl, I really really hate him with a passion and he is doing himself and Noirin NO favours.
His attitude shouldnt be appaulled because I have been a victim of a stalker (even though he wasnt as aggressive as Marcus) in my life and I can tell you it is not a nice sitution to be in...people like you only confirm the behaviour of weirdos out there as normal and okay to do...when it clearly ISNT!
