how come they didnt cancel the eviction when maysoon left

as i can recall maysoon,mo,luke,stuart,dale,rachel,rex,darnell and kat all were up last year when maysoon left but eviction still went ahead were luke went so whats the difference this year maybe because kenny was definatly going where as maysoon probaly had the least votes to be evicted but still kinda doesnt make sense.

I think the big difference this time is that virtually all of the votes would have been for Ken.

Maysoon was up for eviction in the week that she walked so the cases are analogous. I suspect she had so few votes that it did not compromise the overall eviction vote, unlike Kenneth's no doubt titanic total.
