I'm not sure.
He supposedly did it on the LF, but it was edited for the HL. I never saw the LF as I was on holiday and had no access.

Dead simple if you want out, BB will say sleep on it, if you say no i want out now, they have to let you out.

Kenny went over the wall for two reasons;

Drama - to make it look like he couldnt be without his Karly.
