Bluetooth Dongle!

I hoping for a little help here people! I have just bought a bluetooth Dongle to go with my samsung D500 but when I go to download music to the phone via pc it keeps saying there is an error! I've tried lots of things and have no idea what to do! Does anyone have a bluetooth dongle? and knows how to use it? If you do all help would be muchly appreciated!
