Does (or 'did' as it would be now) Siavash have a girlfriend outside or not??

There's certainly claims from a girl that she's his girlfriend, yet Siavash is saying that he just said it to avoid any romances (which he has been saying from the start by the way). It's all very confusing, who's the one that's lying here?

He did say in the Diary Room that he said he had a girlfriend, so he wouldn't have a romance on the show. Now, I hope that means he doesn't, but there are photos. It MAY be of an ex, though. So everything's up in the air now :S.

It's confusing for sure.

I mean, it COULD be an ex or just a close-ish friend or something, some people will do anything for attention these days. Or maybe it ended badly and this is revenge or something? I dunno.
