Nah I cant see there being any chance they knew each other before the house,I think you could see there was some kinda attraction there at the begining but nothing happined till Noirin knew Siavash was popular on the outside,Tom had just said before they got it on that he thinks Siavash will win big brother.

I dont think they were dating before as i remember noirin giving out to siavash about his dress code and how she does not think he wears the clothes he does on the outside and vash being very very defensive about it which he would not be if they knew each other before, unless when they met he dressed conservatively which is highly unlikely as his outfits define him or whatever similar importance he was placing upon it.

Siavash said to her, when she said her boob was hanging out, don't worry it's nothing I haven't seen before. Clearly they have had some sort of relationship prior to entering the house. Yep I picked up on that too! He hasn't seen her naked or even topless in the house as far as we know, so how else would he have seen her?!

That could have been meant as Siavash had seen boobs (in general) before, or he could have seen Noirin's when she was changing or something. It is a fairly common phrase.

I don't know what the hell is going on with those two,
but,
I do agree with those who pointed out a peculiar 'familiarity' body language and communication with them from the beginning.

The 'non conspiracy' theory and reason why I just despise the way this process is handled:
Far too many HM's, we find out later, met each other in the auditions or worse had worked together in the BB house as 'dry run models' or 'dummy run' actors and so already know each other before entering.

So now.. really.. you don't even question or wonder too much when they seem to already have some sort of familiarity or shared winks,
but,
it annoys me because a huge part of the intrigue and drama (imo) is seeing them meet for the first time.
Not sauntering into the house and acknowledging each other (if at all) with a 'hey der' knowing wink between each other.
