Why is everyone complaining about Maxwell?

because he is a conniving, self-centred, selfish (who cares about food as long as he has his booze), loud mouthed git with a false smile who is well and truly playing up to the cameras and thinks he has it won. For instance the conversations about what they are going to do when they get out - and how much money they are going to make. Anything else you need to know. Maxwell you are heading for a big fall.

Oh BTW didnt like how he nominated Sam and then told her she had nothing to worry about with regard to eviction.


By the way he is heading for a big fall with Saskia - cos she has no romantic interest in him at all - just look at the body language, everytime he leans towards her or touches her she moves away!!

I think if he doesn't go [and I don't think he will.. look at Cameron] that his fortunes will improve again. He had been a bad boy this week and deserves the flack he is getting here on the forums but I don't think it will effect him in the long run as long as he is honest and fair from now on.

In recent days he has shown how self-centered,egotistical and narcisistical he is.He thinks everyone loves him,they don't Max,I assure you.

I think what he did with buying the beer was very selfish,I know if I was in there I would have let rip,especially due to the food problem they have in there.:bored:

Yep... I was wanting Maxwell out... but things are dynamic..... now I feel his relationship with Saskia is more to blame for his actions. He really wants to be the cheeky chappy and play that role.... he thinks by doing it he will gain favor with Saskia... he is wrong we can all see that, but as Linny said somewhere he is young.

My view will change as the show goes on...

What I posted was what I thought last night. I don't support any housemate yet and things will change.

If he was up.... I would vote him out at the moment, but if Saskia was up to she would get my vote before Maxwell.... it's how we play the game.

right... maxwell doesnt deserve to be up or certianly not nominated by the public for the fact that hes far more entertaining than anyother housemate even if he does suck up to saskia,if she went he would be by even further infront of any other housemate, without maxwell the show would be a complete ****ing bore and thats a FACT

Many people don't see it that way. Something we have to accept. At the moment in that poll he is the least liked housemate. Doesn't mean people will vote him out..... just what they think.

Mara, i agree with you 100% that most of the viewers prefer the boring type i mean take Nadia for example she was as boring as hell yet she won BB, you have to realise everyone is aloud their opinions and unfortunately its the majority of people who want Maxwell out and would rather someone like Makosi wins, thats not how i want it but im prepared for Maxwell to go when he goes up for eviction.

Yeah your right he DID get cheers but since last weeks eviction lots of people have changed their opinions on him, obviously its something to do with the shopping but how can anyone want rid of someone entertaining.

The task thing was important for Maxwell.... it did show his better side.... I wish we could see more of it.

I think we are all a bit odd.... we watch the show some much more than the general viewer... and like Linny suggested we see things that are edited out. This changes our view of people.

I think people take the the show too seriously sometimes and they forget the entertainment side of things for morals....the changing of the shopping list i thought was brilliant i've never seen that done before in BB and it's not like he hid it for himself he got it for his friends.There are alot of boring b******s in the house this year that talk nothing but complete s***e with no entertainment value at all but they cry a little here and there and they fool the british public to keep them in.Lets not have another Cameron and Nadia winner please. I am really getting annoyed at the level of manipulation going on with the nominations and so on.

Singling out a housemate for a task can only benefit that particular housemate. In this case Maxwell will get sympathy from the public for having to do this task on his own, and will get looked on more favourably by the other housemates when it comes to nominations.

They might see it as rubbing salt into the wound to put him up for eviction now.

I just don't understand why the producers arrange tasks like this.

But thats the trouble with the voters that alot are sympathetic thats why Nadia cried her/his way to victory last year. The best person shouldn't be judged by sympathy it should come down to entertainment value.I think this new task may have been a bit of luck or fate on Maxwells behalf(if u can call it that) as he got this after Vanessa was **** scared to do it.

I personally like Maxwel he is a typical British bloke and is being 100% himself..that gets him alot of credit in my books.
