There's a tiny hint on The Sun Online today of a new housemate going to enter soon. Here's the quote :

"BIG Brother is to bring in a sexy new girl housemate.

The mystery stunner will arrive within a fortnight."

Now I know The Sun is a tabloid newspaper but for the last couple of years they've got their stories right once BB is on air.

I can think of only one male late comer.....was it Josh in BB2. Can't remember how long he lasted. We should find out the Stats on how all newcomers last.

God i'm dull:sleep:

Send Lisa in! I'm sure she'd be up for it, she tried to audition for 5. And she's more than annoying enough to add something to this house.

Josh was the first 'latecomer' into BB, and I think he lasted 4 or 5 weeks .... pretty good.

The other male 'latecomer' was Tim in BB3 ........... enough said!

Got to be someone extra coming into the house. Just look at the number of housemates we started with and the number of weeks its due to last for. Always at least three housemates in the last week. so got to be at leastone extra to go in.

Why 2 weeks? They'd only have to survive 6 weeks. Bring them in now, at least if they get to final week, they'd have had nearly 8 weeks

Clare replaced the ousted Nasty Nick and wouldn't have gone in at all if he hadn't gone. Josh was in a very differnet catagory as he was voted in by the public [there was a choice of 3 people] so in many ways he was known to the public from the start. Sophie too replaced Sunita and Tim replced Sandy.

The first 'extra' housemate ever was Lisa and then last year we hade Becky. Yuck and Yuck!

I think if they put in a new one this year it should be a woman just so that it was 7 and 7. That's fair.

Should be a woman, preferably with a personality over looks

I bet they do bring in a beautiful woman because that will stir things up, as Makosi and Saskia would see her [inevitably] as competition.

However, wouldn't it be fun to send in a really gorgeous, mature, intelligent man and see how Maxwell and Antony react when the girls cannot leave him alone?

It would also perk up Kemal, Derek and Craig and hopefully Roberto would have someone to relate to, other than w*nky Derek.

So in conclusion, I take back wanting a woman to even up the numbers, I now want a hetro-sexual man with a bit of sense and respect to go in.

Before the replacement Hm comes in, I always feel sorry for them, as the odds are stacked against them

However, I always seem to end up hating their guts - like many others!

Lets hope this one's different, as no HMs really stand out for me this year yet...

If this new housemate reaches the final,it would be unfair to all the housemates.

Not really, they would have to first face the rejection of the whole house and then the public in a vote... if they made it past that and were accepted by the house and the public so be it.
