I think the one person who Soph cared genuinly cared about was Karly, she never talked about Karly behind her back, and was also extremely loyal with the whole Kenny situation.
The whole house has just become one big bubble of paranoia where everyone thinks everyone else has a gameplan, so i think it would be hard for anyone not to get drawn in having been exposed to such an environment for a prolonged period....

I dont think she intentionally backstabs or bitches. Like with Noirin and Siavash she is trying to help them both.
