Marcus knows that Noirin fancies Tom, she hasn't told him but he said 'well why are you acting the way you have been with Tom if it's Siavash you fancy? And well if it wasn't Siavash you went with it would have been Tom within a week'

Siavash knows nothing about her fancying Tom. She told him that she wants to go back to just being friends in the house and to talk when they get out.
