very overweight people sweat a lot more than people of average size (arnie isn't average size by the way). they sweat more because their body works harder carrying the weight around. and not all people have the same approach to self hygene, so you can't just say that fat people wash more

Actually, there are very few medical reasons for obesity. Even the often quoted "glandular" problem can be treated easily with thyroxin which stabilises the metabolism.

People are usually obese because they have a slow metabolism and a fast pie arm.
