During the first few weeks of BB10 Halfwit was viewed almost as the devil, up for nomination for 4 or 5 weeks in a row. Who can forget the day he was openly ridiculed by Kris, Dogface, Lisa and others. He pulled through and didn't let the negativity get to him and now he is probably favourite to win. Love him or hate him he is always polite, doesn't brag or bulls**t and always has time to talk with other housemates.

100% agree - for me the only thing I haven't enjoyed about Freddie was the whole protest saga! So childish and ineffectual - just didn't see the point of it.

It's BB's show, BB makes the rules, BB enforces the rules and BB can change the rules at anytime to suit any given situation. Nobody can force BB's hand - many have tried and none have succeeded!

Yes Olliebeak, I agree that Freddie looked a bit of a nob in the protest behaving more like a schoolgirl than a bi-man. He seemed to lose his mind when throwing things into the pool. I get the impression he has had a liberated bringing up but within certain confines and when the chance to show a bit of anarchy presents itself he takes full advantage.

He is a model of dignity and restraint, I don't know how he manages to remain so calm and to bear no grudges. A lesser man would be full of smugness, conceit towards the other housemates for what he has been through and survived but he just remains humble and polite always. He deserves to win.

Pete was fave to win and did. No fall there. Don't see a fall in Freddie at all, no evidence to suggest this. And, there are really no other candidates for winning in there, a very unlikeable bunch of people.

last night Bea got him to sit down with Marcus.......but we were not allowed to hear how Freddie tackled Marcus to become less negative and more positive because the cameramen were leering over the whole sad Noirin triangle..........

I love Freddie...he has not let me down... he still speaks the truth..genuinely stood by his friends and is sooo sussed out about the rest of the people in there. I think he is quieter due to BB editing and also he is trying to get to know the new hms!!!

I thought in the first 4/5 weeks he was viewed as a victim by a lot of viewers, and as a bit of a knob by a number of housemates....not quite sure about him being viewed 'almost as a devil'.
I wouldn't say he was always polite, e.g. telling rodders to shut up today, and he's launced in to some pretty scathing attacks to other people about Lisa for starters.
Yes some of he's responses have been provoked by the behaviour of others, and he has provoked responses from others.....
I would say when you compare his behaviour to others in the house he does come out of it a lot better than most
